As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Provide an environment to the residents, staff and visitors that is safe, secure, healthy and happy leading to excellence and quality of care
- Provide a high level of leadership supporting care, nursing, dietary, maintenance and housekeeping staff
- Provide a high level of clinical leadership and support to nursing and care staff
- Facilitate and promote the interdisciplinary approach within the home through the nursing, dietary, recreation, housekeeping and maintenance departments

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing and currently registered Nurse(RN or RPN) with BCCNM
- Two (2) years nursing experience in Continuing Care Sector (Dementia care and End of Life care would be an advantage)
Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess the personal qualities and attitudes that respect and maintain the spirit, dignity and individuality of the residents
- Must have a commitment to excellence in Care of the older person in a Continuing Care environment
- Must be committed and an understanding of working with residents with dementia and end of life journeys
- Shows a caring and considerate attitude to residents, visitors and staff
- Must have proven leadership and team-building skills and be able to motivate staff

Point Grey Private Hospital is located in Vancouver’s ocean-side community of Kitsilano.
Point Grey, significantly expanded and improved in 2020, offers 153 licensed residential care beds consisting of primarily single occupancy rooms.
Point Grey boasts views of the mountains and ocean as well as large windows and homelike furnishings. This home has four stories with a dining area, recreation areas and a large outdoor patio on each floor. The desirable location and freshly decorated interior provides our clients with a comfortable and homelike environment.
Point Grey Private Hospital works in collaboration with the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority to offer funded beds but also has five private pay rooms available.
